Three Generations Down

Meet The Team

The Beginning

Tyler ‘‘The Coconut Man’’

Starting with a simple dream, hard work and dedication. Opening in 2000 and continuing to go strong twenty-three years later. Given the name ‘’The Coconut Man’’. Grandpa opened this business with the dream of bringing something from his homeland for all to try. Throughout the ups and downs in his life, he never missed a weekend. There’s a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes, and we all can honestly say for the last 23 years Grandpa never complained nor had anything bad to say, he truly loves this business and the art of making cane.

Employee of the month since 2000

The Middle

Sabrina ‘‘The Daughter’’

As most of you know this is my mom and the brains of the whole operation, starting from the very beginning my Mom played a very big role in this business, soo big that it's hard to replace her on days she’s not in. As I said everyone took a step behind this booth and unlike the rest of them, my mom stayed to help her dad. When she started she was pregnant with my sister and continued helping him. Throughout her adventures of being a parent and obstacles in life, she still made time to come and help this business grow into what you see today.

Young Man

Never the End

Andrew ‘‘The Grandson’’

I started helping out when I was 13, with school and baseball on the weekdays and the market on the weekends I didn’t like it at first, I’d rather stay home and play video games. Before I knew it I looked forward to the weekends, having cane-shaving competitions with my cousins, talking to new people and just helping out. Over the years the market helped me grow and shape the personality we have today. I learned to love this business almost as much as my grandpa does. I’ll keep bringing this wonderful business for all to experience, no matter age or ethnicity this business is meant for everyone to have. With the values this business gave, I’ll always treat a customer right and provide and make the best cane, shakes and coconuts for all to enjoy.
